Damien joined the company in 2000 as part of the Management Trainee programme. After completing his initial four-year rotation, he settled into the Quantity Surveying department where he progressed through to become the Surveying Manager. During his time in surveying, he worked on some of our most complex and high value projects and honed his skills in the two-stage tender process.

In early 2021 Damien moved across from Surveying to our Pre-Contracts department in the role of Pre-Contracts Manager, he then progressed to become an Associate Divisional Director at the beginning of 2024 and oversees our Estimating team within the Pre Contracts department. His well-rounded background and intimate knowledge of the supply chain is a real asset to the department, providing key input into our tender submissions using this experience.

He is the key point of contact for our Suffolk County Council framework and is successfully managing this relationship through its latest iteration. During his career he has also been heavily involved in overseeing and mentoring several of our management trainees, his enthusiastic and considered approach in support of this programme has resulted in the successful development of a number of key staff members within the business.
