With many staff having started with us from trainee, we ensure that we retain and develop our staff to build long term relationships and knowledge to maintain our reputation of a leading regional contractor in the East of England.
Our people are at the heart of our business and our most important asset. We employ over 120 individuals from all walks of life, in a range of roles from Site Management, through to Estimating, Bid Management, Design Management, Quantity Surveying, Buying and Marketing. Not everyone who works for Barnes Construction is involved in the construction process, but they are vital to our business, its growth and success.
