THE PROJECT COMPRISED OF THE INTERNAL REFURBISHMENT OF THE GROUND FLOOR CHADWICK ROOM AND CHADWICK PARLOUR. THE WORKS INCLUDED MINOR ALTERATIONS TO THE FACADE' OF THE GRADE II LISTED 'OLD COURT' BUILDING.
The refurbishment works included for the strip out and replacement of the floor, wall and ceiling finishes in addition to internal structural modifications. The existing mechanical and electrical installations were replaced and new high quality wall finishes, panelling, ceiling finishes and floor coverings provided. Externally, the works involved alterations to the existing window openings to form new access doors including new stonework reveals and steps to match the existing Grade II listed building details.
