One of the factors that makes us different is our family ethos. Our people care about what they do, how they do it and how
they are regarded by the people they value; clients, colleagues and supply chain partners alike.
We believe in developing apprentices and management trainees. These programmes have run since 1978, producing over 60% of current staff, managers and directors.
Our underlying belief of 'leadership by example' sees a director assigned to each project to encourage the engagement of all members of the team.
We are structured broadly into the following three operational areas:
- Pre-contracts incorporating marketing and business development.
- Design and delivery which includes our office, site based managers, tradesman and labour.
- Commercial and procurement.
These are supported by the director team, administration, HR, finance, health & safety and environment and IT functions.
